DMCA

We are committed to upholding copyright laws and respecting the intellectual property of creators and rights holders. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented a formal procedure that allows copyright owners to report unauthorized use of their protected materials. This notice outlines the steps for submitting a valid takedown request, as well as the procedure for users to respond via a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error.

When a DMCA takedown notice is received and determined to be complete, we will act quickly to remove or disable access to the specified content. We also notify the user responsible for uploading the content and provide them with information on how to respond. This process ensures that the rights of both parties are fairly addressed.

Under the DMCA, we are required to forward the contents of a valid takedown notice—including the copyright owner’s name and contact information—to the individual who posted the allegedly infringing content. This is necessary to allow them to submit a legal counter-notice if appropriate.

How to File a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, your request must include the following required elements. Notices missing any of these elements may not be processed:

Once your notice has been verified, we will promptly take down or disable access to the identified content. The user who uploaded the content will be informed and provided with the necessary steps to file a counter-notification if they choose to do so.

Responding with a Counter-Notification

If you are the uploader of content that was removed and believe it was done in error or due to misidentification, you have the legal right to submit a counter-notification. This document must include:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content that was previously removed or disabled.

Responsibility and Legal Notice

Both parties should understand that Section 512(f) of the DMCA holds individuals legally responsible for knowingly submitting false or misleading information in a takedown or counter-notice. Such behavior may result in legal consequences, including financial damages and attorney fees.

If you are unsure whether your rights have been violated, or whether your use of content qualifies under fair use or other exemptions, we strongly recommend that you seek advice from a qualified attorney before submitting a takedown or counter-notice.

We are dedicated to handling all DMCA-related matters in a fair, timely, and legally compliant manner. It is our goal to protect the rights of all parties and provide a clear process for resolving disputes involving copyright claims.
